If you are ordering an item to be shipped you are accepting that the shipping charged at checkout is an ESTIMATE. The correct shipping will be calculated after final inspection of items. If more shipping needs to be collected your order will be updated and you will be invoiced for the remaining balance owed. If you want to cancel and refund at that time you may for a full refund.
